Terms and conditions for using Weke AI's AI image and video generation services

Welcome to Weke AI ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered creative platform, including our AI image generator, AI video generator, and related tools and services available at weke.ai (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account with Weke AI, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images, videos, or use other AI tools. Credit consumption varies by model and generation complexity. Credits may expire depending on your plan and the type of credit grant, and unless explicitly stated for your plan, unused credits do not roll over.
New accounts receive a one-time signup gift of credits (currently 10 credits). Signup credits may expire. Video generation typically consumes more credits than image generation, and the signup gift may not be sufficient for video generation depending on the model and settings.
We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro, Max) with different credit allocations and features. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
You agree to use Weke AI services responsibly and legally. You may NOT:
You retain ownership of any images, videos, or other content you upload to our platform as input for AI processing.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, you own the images and videos generated through our Service using your credits. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your generated content as necessary to provide the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The Weke AI platform, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without authorization.
We utilize AI models from various providers (OpenAI, Google, and others). Your use of generated content is also subject to the respective AI model providers' terms and usage policies.
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly). Credit package purchases are one-time payments.
Due to the computational resources consumed during AI generation, credits that have been used are non-refundable. Unused subscription credits may be eligible for prorated refunds upon cancellation, subject to our refund policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weke AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
